Okay it's odd yes. But I love Edgar Allan Poe.
He's my hero.
You can tell me he was a druggie
And married his cousin
But I don't care.

He was an absolutely AMAZING writer.
He was the first american gothic writer
the first to even dare to tread in the halls of horror.

My personal favorite STORY of his is: The Black Cat
And I love the narrative poem: The Raven

I've visited his house in Baltimore Maryland
I can recite the first two stanzas of the Raven
and I have a copy of it that I got from his home in Baltimore.

Anyone else love him?

The Tell Tale Heart is one of his greatest works.
And yes, they have many collections of his work in most bookstores.

Many people think he was evil a druggie and insane
but he was truely the most amazing writer there ever was.

I love "The Raven" favorite poem ever! But I've never really read his stories, just the TaleTell Heart. if tale comes before tell or the other way around.
